    Open the Preview's code

    When a bot writes HTML, Poe shows a Preview card in the chat. Open it and switch to the code view — or find the raw code block in the message itself.

    Copy the code

    Use the copy button to grab the complete file. It doesn't matter which underlying model wrote it — Claude, GPT-4o, whatever — the HTML publishes the same way.

Where Poe keeps your page: Previews

A shared Poe Preview does have a poe.com address, but it opens Poe's own application around your page rather than serving the file — fetching it gets us the app, not your HTML, so we refuse it rather than publish the wrong thing. Open the preview's code view and copy from there.

Paste a link to the file

There's no artifact address to paste for this tool, but the box still works for a public GitHub gist — ask the chat to save your page to one, then paste the gist's raw link. For anything else, the drop box below is the way.

We only fetch links that serve the page itself. A chat share link isn't one — paste it and we'll say so rather than publish the wrong thing.
